Located in the Financial District and minutes away from the Staples Center, LA Live, Santee Alley, Music Center, and many other attractions. ♕ 1 assigned free parking space ♕ An open layout of 700 sq. ft. of space ♕ In-unit washer + dryer ♕ Food Market on-site ♕ Pool, hot tub, & Gym The space Being centrally located makes our place an ideal accommodation for professionals, families, and travelers. ♕In driving distance to -LAX - 18 miles (30 minutes) -Crypto Arena- 1.3 miles (7 minutes) -Santa Monica Beach - 16.1 miles (30 minutes) -Universal Studios - 9.8 miles (37 minutes) -Six Flags Magic Mountain 41.2 miles (52 minutes ) -USC - 4.3 miles (12 minutes) -UCLA - 11.4 miles (40 minutes) *Time is subject to change during traffic hours* ♕BEDROOM- Can comfortably sleep 2, has a queen mattress. ♕LIVING ROOM - 1 tri-fold portable queen mattress ♕KITCHEN - Fully equipped with modern appliances, fridge, microwave, coffee maker; blender, dishes, cups, etc. ♕BATHROOM - Located in the hallway 1 full bathroom shower/tub ♕PARKING - 1 assigned free parking. A detailed check-in guide will be sent with easy-to-follow instructions. ♕MOBILITY- No stairs are needed to get inside the unit. ♕EXTRAS- Wifi Access to Hi-speed Internet AC & Heating Washer and dryer inside the unit ♕COMMUNITY AMENITIES Pool & Gym A list of initial supplies we supply is included in our guidebook, which will be sent to you upon booking. Guest access The entire place is yours for your stay. Other things to note You will be given a code to a lockbox at check-in time for easy key entry. You acknowledge and accept that the lockbox is not on the building, its a 3 min drive.
