No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 75 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ SUMMARY: The space comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in each bedroom plus flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Not pictured is a dedicated work desk in the living/dining area. __ AMENITIES: Fitness center, private balcony, dining table, dedicated workspace, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, and in-unit laundry __ PARKING: Free daytime parking throughout the neighborhood. Overnight street parking requires registering for a permit with the city which is free up to 3 nights or ranging from 20 USD for 4+ nights.
