The living room loveseat is not recommended as a sleeping area due to its compact size. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, fitness center, rooftop patio and lounge, in-unit laundry, and smart TV with Chromecast. __ PARKING: Free daytime parking on Cramer St a block east. Overnight street parking requires registering for a permit with the city which is free up to 3 nights or 20 USD for 4+ nights. More details will be messaged to you. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability. __ DISCOUNTS: Book directly on the Flexhome website to save up to 20%. __ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit. __ HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4.
