No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 75 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ SUMMARY: The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, private balcony, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, Keurig, conference room, and fitness center. __ PARKING: Free daytime street parking is often available.
