Smart TV, walk-in closet, free parking in private driveway. Free ride from Staten Island (North Shore) to Manhattan via S.I. Ferry. 20 min. ride, 12-15 min. walk from front door to boat. Explore Statue of Liberty, World Trade Center, Wall Street, South St. Seaport, The Village, Times Square - free & close. Or just relax “at home."

St. George is a historic, culturally rich and diverse neighborhood in the Staten Island borough of New York City. The particular block where the listing is contains several middle-class/upper-middle class homes. It has many commercial shops along historic Victory Boulevard and even more along Bay Street, including the Empire Outlets, New York's only outlet shopping mall.
