New luxury building that is utterly amazing! The unit has new boutique furniture, 2 en suites with king beds in each. A den for work/extra sleeping area and an additional half bath. 70in smart TV in the living room. Resort-style pool and jacuzzi that over looks the city. Modern gym with indoor and outdoor space. Work/chill space both inside and outside. Great downtown location with clean, secure entrance in addition to public transportation, grocery store, and retail steps away.

Neighborhood info

RIght in the heart of Downtown Miami. Close to Mid town(10 minutes), Brickell(5 minutes), and South Beach(15 minutes) and Wynwood (10minutes. Close to Brightline station and metro mover(free train that loops around the area).
