It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one of a kind. This log cabin sits in the country on 5 acres of beautiful land with 2.5 fully fenced area for our fury guests to run free. Central to Gettysburg, Baltimore, and Washington, DC. It's rustic with all the benefits of upscale modern appliances and amenities, including a super automatic espresso coffee machine, down pillows and bedding, Tempur pedic memory foam mattresses, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. With every visit you will be welcomed with a free bottle of wine. You will have the entire cabin and property to yourself.
We love sharing our unique log cabin with others. When we moved, I couldn't think of selling it, so we decided to rent it out as a vacation rental. We have a 17 year old long haired chihuahua that we adore. It is so hard to find a place that accepts pets and has plenty of room to run around. This became a perfect opportunity to share our love of the cabin and of pets. I do hope you enjoy the cabin that we feel is a little bit of heaven.
The cabin is in the country with many farms next to it. One farm across the road has a large range of animals including horses, donkeys, cows, chickens, and goats. You get the country feel while being only 5 minutes from town with shopping and restaurants.
