“ I found Hudson hotel a very good place to stay. The location is great, the staff were always there for you, trying to help in everything you needed. Although the rooms and bath rooms were small (standar ones), they were confortable and quite clean and with a very good design. I'm sure I will recomend this hotel to my friends and family and hope to come back in my next trip to New York. ”

The location is great, the best. Staff were helpful and friendly. The standard room I shared with my adult daughter, was really just too small, specially the bathroom is extremely uncomfortable. Also do not like the dark interior. And what's with the TV on the mirror? Ackward placement. What about straight ahead of the bed?

Stylish, minimalist room. Small but very comfortable. Great common areas: lobby, terrace, bars. Mid-town location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

The bar areas are quite cool....bedrooms are small but tastefully decorated The hotel is ok, but design is now looking dated and is hardly cutting edge. As expected, our 'Deluxe' room was still very small...on the face of it looked clean but when we removed shoes the wood floor was dirty, and top shelves very dusty - not what you would expect. Bathroom is basic and 'tired' with chipped painted shelves...not of 4 star quality. No restaurant for breakfast either.

Awesome layout and design of the hotel lobby. Also, the night-life atmosphere at the hotel is great. Great location. The room was a bit small, but I cannot complain for it's NYC.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Lobby was pretty. Good location for our needs. Not enough room in the room. Bathroom stark. Whole room had minimal comfort and appeal, cold atmosphere. Not really worth the 311.00/night, except for its location.

I love the Hudson. Rooms are a bit small, but very clever. Two thumbs up. The food and bar service are outrageously expensive.

I liked the location near Central Park and the terrace ooutside with the view Rooms were small with no drawers for clothes and very small closet.no preference was given to guests at the public bar areas and everything was always reserved, but no people were actually there. Overall the lighting was very dark

I loved that it was really close to Central Park and Times Square. Also that it was local to a lot of other places. I didn't like that it was really small, smaller than I expected.

Good location Rooms were extremely small Bed was tiny Noisy Long queues for reception Long waiting times for lift - literally quicker to take stairs 6 floors than wait for lift to arrive Vastly over priced fir what you get even by New York standards Only a glass panel between bedroom and bathroom with thin voile curtain covering so you couldn't even sit on the loo in privacy! Would not recommend.

Loved the sun terrace, bars & reception. My favourite hotel ever! Room was small but perfectly formed. You don't go to New York to sit in your room. Bar food was amazing. Drinks where expensive but so nice so worth it! I recommend this hotel to young couples. Tea making facilities would be great - maybe that is the British in me.

The room, even though the room was small, but it's clean. I love the wood floor, there's no smell, except the hallway. I wished they change the hallway with wood floor, and it's perfect. My children are planning to visit New York next year, and I will recommend them the place. I hope by that time, the hallway floor had been change to wood. The cleaning lady's are nice and quick for customer service. I will rate the hotel 9.9 The carpet in the hallway. There's a little smell. I wish it's wood just just the rest of the hotel, like in the lobby, and in the room.

Location good, hotel great except size of rooms, never been to New York before & small hotel rooms appears to be quite common. Nice rooftop &. Bar/relaxation area & decor was pleasant One man in lift described rooms the size of a coffin. He wasn't far wrong. No room to store suitcases,no ledge in bathroom to put bathroom bag etc

An excellent bar and first rate food in the restaurant. Cozy, but comfortable room. Totally satisfied. It could take a while to get a cab from the front door.

Totally cool and funky design and details. Our king bed, perfect for two girlfriends. The two patios. The library. All the staff except one. Awesome location. Loved it, will return many times. Room wasn't ready until after 5pm. Backgammon table had insufficient pieces, and no one (aka the one staff member mentioned in "likes") was interested in getting us more so we could play. I suspect any room not in the "superior" category would be pretty tight.

a great and trendy place! very stylish! WiFi for free! great sky-terrace! well equipped hotel / room! all a bit dark ... the concierge seemed not to be up-to date with peculiarities of travelling from Manhattan to New Jersey or VAT-refund (no longer available on Terminal C in Newark only in Terminal B ...) otherwise a great and trendy place!
