unfortunately my hotel room had knocking water pipes when I had a shower or when next door had a shower

All we have wanted in a hotel was there -- comfort, safety and very convenient location.

Policy for storing baggages -- our request for a temporary storage while we are checked out for two days was not accommodated despite us coming back for another 2-day check-in.

I had an excellent stay!!.. I spent the night for my bday.. lets just say this is the only hotel i would ever return to if i visited the city again.

Im not used to paying for parking.. I understand its the city.. But parking should b included in the price

Staff was very nice and helpful with every detail...

The location, the staff, the breakfast buffet.

The cleanliness of the room which also means the housekeeping staff. The carpet was filthy and never seemed to be vacuumed. Also, we were three and three cups were never left, there were a couple of times when there were not three washcloths.

Add-ons (WiFi, extra charge for each expresso,...) Did not offer "miles" as a standard (albeit registering to IConti "Priority"-fidelity program)

the staff were really nice. location was perfect everything was within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. we had a deluxe room on a top floor and the view was amazing especially at night.

They forgot tobring up our luggage and when we phoned down they said it would be done asap but I had to go down an hour later and it was tucked away in some corner...:) Not big deal basically! Charging per person for wifi??Really????? That was silly

Room are very small compared to other Hotels, you nearly move normaly if you are with a family in the room.

The worst breakfast I have tried in any of the 5 continents of this world.

The view from the suit on the 28th floor was just spectacular! When you're laying on the bed, you see all these numerous lights and scyscrapers! It's just fantastic!

Everything was great, room, cleanliness, location, food.

Breakfast is limited to 60$ for the whole group in a room. No early breakfast. You have to catch taxi by yourself if you wanna go with flat rate to jfk, or take hotel partnered private taxis from 150$.

The view from the room was great! Also we forgot to take our stuff from the safe and the staff retrieved it and send it back to us asap. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

They changed our room for us

They told us on Saturday morning that it would take 45 minutes for a pot of coffee. That is ridiculous. Took 1/2 hour for room service to come up to my room on Friday evening to pick something up was NOT worth $350.00

Lovely Hotel. More importantly to me, superior staff. Smiling and competent
