Welcome home, to this New Orleans jazz themed 2 bedroom/2 bath home. This unit boasts an open living/kitchen floor plan, tile and hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and ample kitchen cabinet space as well as a private backyard and seating area. In unit washer/dryer, smart tv in bedrooms and living space. Space also comes with a vinyl record player to relax to. You will have driveway parking for two cars. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, baking trays, and coffee maker with pods and additives.
I'm a southern native that loves to work hard and vacation well. I enjoy visiting areas that are warm with natural attractions. Beaches are my number one love. Some music artist I find myself listening to often are Snoh Aalegra, Masego, OGI, Khalid, SIR, Kendrick, Baz and Moonchild.
Historic 9th ward community close to Jackson Barracks Military Museum, Chalmette Battlefield, and Crescent Park Car or an Uber is best for travel. The Ubers to French Quarters are ~10mins and ~15 mins to Downtown.
