Location. Location. Location. Walk out your front door UNC’s campus and Franklin St. Quick drive to UNC Hospital. This newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath home is a treasure. Open concept with high ceilings. Our farmhouse style living room flows into the fully stocked kitchen. Sleeps 8 people (1 King bed, 2 Queens & 1 Sleeper Sofa). Two full bathrooms (Master has bathtub/shower & guest bathroom has a shower)ur family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The kitchen has beautiful countertops, stainless steal appliances, tile backsplash, and more. It opens to a spacious living room. Relax on our queen sized sleeper sofa as you watch a movie or read a book. We also have a desk for anyone needing to get a few things checked off their list. A clothes washer and dryer are also in the unit for you. Enjoy a HUGE backyard or walk to UNC, Carolina Inn, Top of the Hill, Suttons and the Old Well. We have plenty of parking for 3 cars behind the house. The primary entry with our smart lock access code is through the back door. It is well lit with motion activated lighting. *Enjoy the YMCA for free for up to 7 days. Enjoy their pools, gyms, tennis, etc
