The inn is SUPERB. Clean, airy, roomy. Our room was fabulous and was even better than the photos. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Guests have free reign over the coffee maker 24x7. Breakfast with reasonable portions, fresh food and very tasty. Directly across the street is Lake Winnisquam. They have a small peninsula with a paddle boat, kayaks, a gazebo and ample chairs. Great view of the lake and mountains. Huge, comfortable front porch for relaxing or taking a nap. Ample parking, convenient to Meredith, Weirs Beach and Laconia. Several restaurants are nearby. We had an absolutely fabulous time and highly recommend this place. We have every intention of returning in the future.

The Lake House at Ferry Point Inn is a beautiful lake-front Bed and Breakfast on the shore of Lake Winnisquam in the heart of the New Hampshire Lakes Region. Minutes from skiing, shopping & hiking. Coffee, tea, homemade brownies or cookies are available throughout the day. Our living room has a big screen TV for your enjoyment. We also offer a game table for chess, checkers, jigsaw puzzles and board games for indoor entertainment. Each guest room is stocked with moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, and Tarocco soap. "Tarocco" is a Sicilian fruit with a light orange scent. The products are rich in antioxidants that are sure to leave you feeling replenished and refreshed.
The Daniels first visited the Lake House at Ferry Point while looking for a B&B to purchase in November of 2015. As guests they loved the comfortable and casual atmosphere. They purchased the Inn on June 1, 2016. Monty had recently retired from his long career in commercial real estate. Jeannette had always enjoyed having company and preparing meals for friends and relatives who would stay overnight in their home. Rebecca had spent years working in hospitalty and ministry. She always had the dream to get her parents involved in a Bed and Breakfast.
Monty, Jeannette and Rebecca enjoy greeting and serving guests as the current innkeepers at the Lake House at Ferry Point. They count it a privilege and blessing to be stewards of this fine 200 year-old home. Lake House at Ferry Point is located on the picturesque Lake Winnisquam in central New Hampshire. The premier bed and breakfast is one of the only lake front Inns in New Hampshire. The clear and pristine lake water is ideal for both sightseers and enthusiasts of water sports. The perfect view combined with the numerous amounts of outdoor activities and attractions make Lake House at Ferry Point your prime lake front destination. The Lake House at Ferry Point strives to provide superior customer service and dedication to our guests. Whether you are visiting us for the first time or you are a repeat guest, we look forward to adding our personal touch to make your visit to New Hampshire as memorable as possible!
