This home is in a private family-friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM and are to be strictly observed. Also there is no smoking tobacco, marijuana, or other substances allowed within this home or on the property premises. A large heated garage provides plenty of space for covered parking. This home is perfect for multiple families or small groups looking for privacy and a convenient location for their ski trip or summer vacation. Relax in the steam shower and enjoy the dual head rain/steam shower features or sit in the six person hot tub at the end of a day of play in Winter Park and the Fraser Valley. Additional amenities that make this vacation rental extra special are a washer/dryer, large deck with gas grill and patio with fire pit, all perfect for entertaining your family or group during your vacation.
