This 2100 square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is ideally located in close proximity to the golf course, shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the Meadow Village. From the moment you walk in, you will be struck by the beautiful design and layout, creating an airy, open space that is flooded with light from the huge windows. It is even dog-friendly and has a private hot tub. A cozy living room with lots of comfortable seating accompanies an open kitchen and dining area. Four bar stools make a spot to talk while making a morning cup of coffee, or the evening's dinner, and a dining room table is also set for four. Just outside the huge picture windows is a large deck with seating and a gas grill--perfect for summer nights! The master bedroom is right off the kitchen, and is equipped with a queen-sized bed, an en suite bathroom and two closets. A second bedroom on the main floor also has a queen bed, and a third room on the lower level down the spiral staircase holds another queen bed. A kitchenette in the corner leads to a breezeway with a laundry room, and continues on into the en suite bathroom.
