Recently renovated 2 bed and 2 bath suite with a pool (Not Heated), gym, in-unit laundry, clothes steamer, work from home desk and many more amenities. You cannot beat the location to ASU campus. Walk to ASU football games along with many restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores You won't be disappointed in the memory foam king and queen mattresses along with luggage racks and clothes hangers. Brand new stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The neighborhood is safe and is active You'll be right in the heart of Tempe, with restaurants, coffee shops, malls, nightlife, and much more. Just a 5-minute walk to Arizona State University's main campus (0.7 m.i). 8 minute walk to/from the nearest light rail (tram) station (University/Rural station 10023).
