Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of 500 USD Dollars, in addition to any damages to be deducted from the security deposit. Note: We have a NO-pet policy.
