Nestled in the heart of Wilmington’s trendy South Front District, The Mod Cottage offers an exquisite blend of modern comfort and historical charm. This beautifully renovated home, originally built in 1921, now features a sleek, contemporary design while retaining its century-old character.

Neighbourhood description The South Front District is home to some favourite spots: • Benny’s Big Time Pizzeria - 0.2 miles away • Satellite Bar & Lounge - 0.2 miles away • New Anthem Brewing Company - 0.3 miles away • Mariposa (Tapas Bar) - 0.2 miles away • Bodega Market (coffee, beer, snacks, etc.) - approx. 200 feet away • The Second Glass Wine Bar - 0.3 miles away • Greenfield Park & Amphitheater - 0.5 miles away Be sure to check out the Historic District of Downtown Wilmington - head 1.4 miles north (we recommend by car because of the busy intersections, but walking is possible!). This area has countless restaurants, shops, nightlife spots, and more! If you’re in town for a concert, the new Live Oak Bank Pavilion is only 2.3 miles away, so The Mod Cottage is a great spot to visit Wilmington for a concert! **Note: The Mod Cottage is close to a railroad track that can run 24 hours a day.
