Built in 2020, Cathedral ceilings and architectural windows make this stylish home the ideal place to take in gorgeous evening sunsets! Upscale modern furnishings & artwork throughout. Fenced-in rear yard with outdoor shower, patio and gas grill. Garage is equipped with a 6 passenger street-legal golf cart with Town of Carolina Beach parking included. Behaved dogs are welcome (3 dog limit unless an exception is approved). First level features entrance foyer, two bedrooms & one full bath, laundry room and garage. (All bedrooms have smart TVs ). Master bedroom & bath are on the second level as well as the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, quaint dining area, powder room & great room. LED fireplace with ship-lap mantle and 65" flat screen smart TV are some of the highlights of the spectacular open great room with the sunset view! Enjoy an evening cocktail or entertain outside on the 2nd story covered deck with cathedral ceiling and lighting.
My husband and I have two silver labs who adore the beach. For several years, we had been coming to Carolina Beach since it is so charming and dog friendly. After renting various properties in the area, we came to the realization that it was very difficult to find a really nice "dog friendly" place to stay. If pets were allowed, generally speaking, the rentals were mediocre at best. That's when we decided to build our beautiful beach home "Sea Esta" and make it available to other responsible dog families. I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience hosting dog owners and their pups. They have taken very good care of our home and we are very grateful!

Complimentary 6 passenger street-legal golf cart with Town of Carolina Beach parking permit included! (Cart is registered for parking at all Town of Carolina Beach owned parking spaces and lots, including Beach Access #9.)
