Escape from the hustle and bustle in this artist retreat. Close to everything Hollywood, but without the drama. 10-minute drive to Universal Studios, Disney Studios and Warner Brothers Studio and 20 minutes from Magic Mountain. Close freeway access to Hollywood and Downtown LA. Bus lines right around the corner and the Metro bus line and underground minutes away. Trendy places to shop and eat right down the street. Just a few minutes' drive to Ventura Blvd or hipster Lankershim Blvd.
I work in LA and other parts of the world as a cinematographer. I love LA for the food and diversity. But I love my hometown of Hamilton, MT just as much. Hamilton has the mountains, rivers and wildlife and excellent food and drink minutes away. I have the best of both worlds. I will be able to help you over the phone or text but not in person.
Walking distance there's a new mall with lots of eateries and a new Trader Joes. Many people walk their dogs or are out for a walk themselves. Bus line avail on Laurel Cyn and Victory. The Red line is close.
