Our cozy, newly renovated North Oakland home is 2 mi from UC Berkeley, a 10min walk to Temescal's best restaurants & bars, w/ easy access to San Francisco (Ferry, Uber, Bart). The home features our 100 yr old Redwood Room- a 70s cocktail lounge re-imagined into modern times. Enjoy the outdoors with Fire Pit+Lounge & Patio+Dining under the String Lights! Our 2 BD/1BA, 1000sqft spacious home offers Full Kitchen (complimentary coffee/tea), Laundry & Central AC/Heat. Enjoy a bath-bomb & relax!

You'll be right in the heart of Temescal! The home is nestled on a quiet and tree-lined neighborhood street. You will be within 10min driving distance to The Greek, Fox, Oakland Arena and San Francisco. Also, just 10mins walking distance from Telegraph ave, which has Oakland’s(Temescal’s) best restaurants and shops. We are centrally located w/ easy access to Bart(20min walk), the highways 24, 580, 880, 980 freeways, as well as the UC Berkeley Campus (Go Bears!) Temescal is home to famous and delicious eats - check out Burma Superstar, Bakesale Betty, Cholita Linda, Snail Bar, Rose's Tap Room - all just a few minutes away! We're also conveniently located walking distance to Walgreens, Whole Foods, Peet's Coffee & Noah's Bagels. The house is 10minute walking distance from popular Temescal Restaurants on Telegraph Ave, Whole Foods and Farmer's Market(Sundays only). We are less than 10minute car ride from UC Berkeley and ~10 minute car ride from San Francisco(without traffic). Plenty of free street parking in front of the house.
