The neighborhood is quiet, this is a two family house where the airbnb apartment is upstairs with a separate entrance to the entire 2 bedroom apartment, completely private, clean, towels in every room, tv, wifi, dinning table, a/c and air purifier.
I enjoy being at home, watch tv and read a book or articles, i enjoy learning about the skin, I love the peace and quiet i have at home. Available everyday, at all times.
Take the bus a block away, Park and Ferry to the city just two blocks away. Ferry to the City in just minutes, makes several stops between midtown and Wall street. 5 minutes from clothing Store Plaza and 2 blocks away from a Spa. Nearby restaurants, Chinese food, pizza City Island for Sea food, much more. Bus 27 and 39 to train 6. 15 minutes from La Guardia Airport, 35 minutes from JFK Airport. Ferry to downtown manhattan, in park at walking distance.
