Central Location The fact that you had to pay extra for internet and wifi access. In this day and age - a hotel in San Fransisco and Silicon Valley shodul provide this service as standard. Particularly as the rates at the hotel are not cheap. I had stayed in a lower standard hotel with very competitive rates which porovided freee wifi. Even starbucks provides free wifi! This was my most disappointing aspect!

Large clean modern rooms, comfortable bed. Location is great. Don't let the comments about homeless people put you off, its widespread in San Francisco and not just confined to this area. I saw them all around and had no problems. I used taxis at night. No free WiFi. Why? 1 Star hotels offer this for free! Housekeeping start work at 8am and you will you hear them, sounds like they use a jet engine to vacuum. The parking is a definite rip off. I saw a self parking garage on the opposite of the hotel, $36 for 24 hours compared to the Wyndham's $52 inc tax.

Location! The speedy checkout was a nice plus as well. The fact that there was a gym. The gym could have been better, it's not really for a serious workout over a long period of time.

Location is excellent.near bart, cable and most others No free wifi. But Dn pay for it unless u r desparate to work in the hotel rm. Walk across to westfield. Hv a cup of coffee or food and utilize the free wifi there or walk a little further to Apple store to browse and free wifi too. Also no swimmin pool for kids.

Clean, convience , right in the middle of downtown I will not go back there. When I Made payment at front desk, the staff just left my credit card at the counter then walked away without saying anything. No signature require for payment. End up, they messed the invoice so bad. When we called report the over charge, the lady in billing department said she would call back in 24 hours, plus asked for credit card transaction to prove their mistake?!

Location was very good, the lobby was nice, and beds were very nice. Valet was very slow, customer service was indifferent at times, but not always. Room had good views but did not look like the suite that was on the photo - it was a regular room.

Parc 55 is just around the corner from Powell Street Station so it's easy access to the BART to / from the Airport. It's also right beside the main shops and tram and lots of nice restaurants in the area. It's a lovely freshly designed contemporary hotel with fab comfortable beds and rooms complete with everything you need. Very impressed.

Everything worked perfectly during our stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything was just the way we had reserved. The hotel staff very efficient and professional. We arrived very early in the morning (normal check-in at 3pm) after more than 20 hours of flight and airport time, with two very tired teenagers. The hotel staff was kind enough to offer one of the rooms for early check -in at no extra cost so we could leave our bags, get some rest and take a shower. I thought that was very considerate. Location was great, very close to Union Square without being in the middle of all the noise of tour buses and all that goes on in the Square area. Great restaurants nearby to grab a different breakfast or dinner every day, (though you can also have breakfast at the hotel). There is a sit-down option and a fast grab-and-go. We had ordered a lot of things on line and found our packages waiting for us. The receiving department and the concierge all very organised and professional, nothing got lost or misplaced.

The thing I liked most about my stay was the staff and service (Lounge, restaurant, parking valets and check-in personnel). They did everything to accommodate a visitor, they were friendly and always responded with a positive attitude. The upgrade to the Members Lounge floor was an extra that we could not have imagined. I will certainly return and have already told friends and family of our experience and satisfaction of our stay Plus the location to Union Square, The Cables Cars and Shopping was a big draw. Thank you I can't say a negative about the hotel. The one topic I will address is the excessive panhandlers in the vicinity. It is difficult in some instances to walk to a restaurant and not step over and around sleeping or gathering vagrants/homeless. Hopefully the city will be able to resolve this concern to some degree.

Location Booked at suite at 22nd to 26 floor. Reception tried to give me a room on the 14th floor. If I didn't say anything I would of been charged more than I should have paid. They gave me a discount after I complained. This kind of dishonesty continued when I was checking out. They slipped the expressed check out under my door. There was basically an extra $50 charged to my room for parking when I didn't have a car in the hotel. I called the reception and a lady assured me that they would take it off the bill and email me a copy. By this time I did not trust anything these people say at all. I check my email and nothing showed up. I had to personally go down to the reception and get it corrected again. I made sure I got a print out so they can't try to sneak in a charge on my credit card bill. Be sure you check all your bills in detail. This hotel has great location and decent price but they will try to rip you off one way or another.
