És un hotel comfortable amb el metro a la porta. --Les targetes de l'habitació es van desprogramar 4 vegades i no hi podiem entrar. --És una simplesa, però no entenc que et posen xampú i crema pel cos i no et posen gel de bany. |

Perfecte situació, entre Times Square, Central Park, Moma... tot a pocs minuts caminant. L'habitació era amplia i neta, el llit molt gros i còmode, la tele enorme i el personal correcte. La ciutat en si mateixa es sorollosa. Els aires acondicionats van a tot drap i fins i tot a dins l'habitació, el doble vidre no acaba d'aïllar totes aquestes vibracions. Tot i això no ens costava gens agafar el son. |

Comfy beds, good location, friendly doorman, and nice tv. I thought breakfast was included, and it's not. The woman at the check-in counter was not pleasant nor helpful when I inquired about being mislead about the pricing when booking. Everything is an individual cost, which is ok if expected. The room is not anything special. |

could stay in the room till 3p.m. full amount of no show was charged, I asked for a late check-out but the room was cleaned before I left at 3 - I suppose the next guest came in my already used room.. |

Large widescreen TV in room with a huge selection of channels. Excellent concierege service - great information and you also had the possibility of booking tickets for many shows and trips. Amazing central location at 57th street in NYC. Organised our trip to the airport and held our bags on our last day at no extra cost until we had to get our flight. Lack of natural light in the room, no breakfast included in price. |

I loved its central location! We were a stones throw from so many exciting places to visit - central park, times square, carnegie hall!! Tea/Coffee making facilites would have been really appreciated in the bedrooms! |

John the dublin bar man who was there 3 years ago when i stayed there he is a breath of fresh air.The location is ideal for tourists and so central.Would recomend the park central no prob. |

Very busy hotel. We have stayed there before and have never had a problem. You cannot beat the location. A coffeemaker and a refrigerator would have been nice--especially for leftovers from restaurants. The room size was adequate and we definitely would stay there again. We have referred pc to our friends and they have reservations for August. |

location was excellent the rooms were very nice comfy beds pillows great wanted to take them home.staff good gave good imformation and tips about amenities and restaurants.uncle jacks fantastic meal. only moan was no tea and coffee faciliticies in the room.but there was a good coffee stand on the corner and also a starbucks |

The room was clean and had a lovely comfortable bed. Fantastic location and adequate accomodation for the price (as long as luxury is not on your wish list) The room itself was "tired" with peeling wallpaper. The bath tap was not securely fixed to the wall and the bath was unusable due to a faulty plug which I reported straight away the morning after we arrived. I was disappointed at returning from a busy day to find it still not tended to....it was rectified after I reported it again that evening.......and then telephoned to chase it up. An inconvenience which did not ruin our stay. The fitness room would benefit greatly from an air conditioning unit...it was airless and not suitable to use for any real exercise without opening the windows and enduring an icy blast of outside air!! |

Very central, close to subways, beds comfortable, room size perfect, plenty of towels, room cleaned every day, aircon adjustable, window could be opened, business center/receptionist and respective manager very helpful. I was moved to another room without delay, after complaining about a bad smell in the first room I was in. If a cleaner knocked on the door and was asked to come back a bit later, that's what they did. Also, whatever I wanted to keep I left inside the closet and it was not thrown away. (I had read from other travellers that things left in the room were discarded despite a written note not to. Maybe one should take into consideration that not all people have been taught to read!) The customer service guy (desk across the long check-in counter) was very unfriendly and did not like interruptions while talking to his co-worker (didn't get his name, but will remember his face for next visit and complain then). The first room I was in smelled like pee. I used room spray on it, the cleaner gave it an extra clorox wash, but the smell stayed. The hotel gave me another room without any trouble. The closets could use some lighting. Water pressure is low, but that reduces wastage. |

The rooms were very warm, clean and comfortable with a large telly. The location is ideal for someone on a city break. But, above all, ther best part was the staff on the consierge desk who were so helpful and patient no matter what the querry. Their advice greatly improved the quality of our stay in New York. The staff at the check in desk were not the most welcoming and, when we were checking out, the staff seemed distracted and engaged in their own conversation, not listening to what I was saying to them. Rooms would also be improved by having a kettle to make hot drinks such as tea or coffey--or at least having tea, coffee and hot chocolate available at all open times in the bar and restaurant. |

hotel is perfectly located for anyone wanting to take in the sights that new york has to offer.rooms were clean and very spacy and had everything required for a comfotable stay.bed was comfotable and vary large and staff were very helpful and courteous.loved my time in the hotle and would recommend to anyone!!! |

Friendly & informative staff - very clean rooms and bathrooms. Very nicely equipped with drawers, hangers & evan an iron incl board. Though breakfast buffet was a bit expensive it was worth it. Very central for shopping, theather, museums and restaurents maybe a kettle in the room for making coffee or tea |
