it's convenient to transport,eating places and entertainments. there is no bar fridge and kettle for hot drinking water like all the hotels I've been to in many countries. It's the first hotel that has no such facilities for their clients. But generally I like the location. |

Location. The air conditioning was not working upon our arrival and did not work for the first 3 days of our stay but, the weather was cool enough for us to keep a window cracked and it was ok. The hotel offered to refund our fee if we needed to purchase a fan for our comfort which was very kind. |

excellent location, 5 mins walk to Times square and Central park, comfortable room, great view on to 7th ave, staff helpful, air conditioning not very powerful but we were able to open the window so got some air in |

Air conditioner was broken.Hardly slept. I was told that the A/C will be fixed.It never was fixed. Went across the street to the Dream Hotel and the A/C was working great. |

Location, Location... Room really spacious. Air Conditioner wasn't working properly & was really hot inside the room & the elevators were a problem because they have 8 elevators 4 on each side only had one on each side working & sometimes just one side of the building was working. |
