With incredible views from a sprawling deck, open concept living and access to all modern amenities come create a memorable experience on the coast of Maine. A large 4 bedroom duplex, built out of an original mid-century dancehall! Located in a quintessential fishing village about an hour north of Portland, enjoy access to "The Store" across the street for daily coffee along with the opportunities for aquatic action including kayak/paddle board rentals, oyster farm tours/shucking classes, lobster bakes and more. Close to area beaches, great hiking, a golf course and seasonal restaurants. Watch and/or even meet the lobstermen whilst sipping coffee from an Adirondack chair on your front porch.
My name is John. I am the founder of The Maine Oyster Company, a local oyster enterprise with a mission it to build a community through experience and story.I have been an oyster farmer for the past 5 years & was involved in real estate prior. Originally from New Jersey, I live full time in a fishing village on the coast of Maine when not sailing on our 43 foot sailboat or staying above our oyster bar in Portland! :)
