    Location great. Clean clean. Newly renovated. Staff friendly. Rooms are looking great, bed , tv ,furniture all are looking great. Clean bathroom.

    Poor breakfast, but you are close to a mall so if you don't like what they have(boiled eggs, some fruits, milk and cereals, waffles).

    I enjoyed my stay there at the Red Roof Inn Plus. The staff was nice and helpful. Location was nice with close access to the T system.

    The only thing that was negative was we had to keep asking for more towel and washcloths.

    The room was absolutely awesome! Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Flat screen and a refrigerator, I was very pleased with what our room looked like.

    As I stated in a previous review, our first night was terrible. We had a connecting door to the next room and apparently they wanted to have a get together..all night. I was up till 1 or 2 because of that connecting door you could hear EVERYTHING. The staff at night knocked on their door to comfront them twice but nothing changed. The staff in the morning true to help as I complained again because of the noise they made at 6am. They resulted in knocking off 25% off our price if we stayed the two nights we booked, we ultimately agreed because they said they would try to keep the next room unoccupied the next night. Which unfortunetly did not happen. Next time definately will be requesting a room without a connecting door.

    Excellent staff. Updated decor. Comfortable bed. Wood laminate floors with area rug is easier to keep clean.

    Refrigerator dying - Not cold enough to keep meds at proper temp. Skimpy on the toiletries.

    The Lady at the front desk on Friday morning the 18th of July was more than helpful with our needs.

    The maid service was doing her job, we needed to go to the front desk several evenings when we got back for wash cloths, Kleenex, coffee, coffee cups, plastic cups, towels. Needless to say she was in a hurry to get out of our room.

    Very clean and modern

    Over priced, they raised prices because demand was high, also double charged my debit card as a "deposit" to be returned in approx 7 days, Continental Breakfast was not very good

    Spent 4 nights 3 days here. Excellent accomodation at a reasonable price, abd a nice pool to dip in to when we came back each day. Shopping mall and restaurants very near. Used the info from the leaflets available in the hotel to take 2 day bus tour with $4 parking st Cambridge-side Galleria.

    Internet was a little slow but useable.

    The room was excelent. Very good conditions to stay relaxed.

    Very small place to have breakfast. Maybe there was so much people and not enough tables.

    Location and price were the main things.

    A staff member went I'm the after we requested Niobe wh e t in the room and took my ring I repoted and notified staff and I'm still waiting for a manager to call me been 4 already

    Great room, and housekeeping staff was very accommodating.

    Wifi was so slow that it was entirely useless! The advertised breakfast was very poor quality and serving area too small and congested with limited seating.

    When we walked in I was very impressed with the size of the room and I liked the color theme and the wayit was decorated. Everything was very comfortable and everything worked.

    I happened to spill some water on the floor and when I wiped it up with a paper towel I was shocked at how soiled it was. I wear white socks and I'm not sure I'll ever get them clean again. We stayed 2 nights and the maids did not clean well. They didn't clean our toilet and the counter around the sink was dirty and sticky. I didn't like the way the toilet flushed it did not clean the sides of the toilet and this was the part the maids did't clean. Maybe you should furnish toilet brushes for us.

    The rooms were renovated and very clean. I really liked that they minimized carpeting.. Makes it easier to clean. The hotel is situated close to many restaurents making it easy to relax and eat within a short walk.

    Nice room very clean

    On arrival I told them I would be paying cash for the room, although it was held with a debit card. I did indeed pay cash at checkout. They charge my card as well. A few days later I noticed this on line in my checking acc`t. When I called they said they saw the mistake and credited my acc`t but said it would take 5-10 days to actually show up as a credit. In that few days before I saw the charge and called them, my checking acc`t overdrafted. They have not paid for the overdrafts. I have spoken to several personal up the ladder and they all say they are not responsible and will not refund the money for their mistake. Bad choice Red Roof, I`ll never stay again!
