Traditional French country style bungalow set in Old Town Louisville. The decor is tasteful and comfortable. Modern paint scheme, enormous fully equipped kitchen, and two living rooms; one for quiet relaxation with original restored douglas fir hardwood floors from 1911 and back family room with Hubzu TV and leather sectional. 5 minute walk to Historic Downtown Louisville offering vibrant shops, restaurants, and museums. Great access to Boulder or Denver. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood feel!

This is a classic Old Town Neighborhood in Colorado. Beautiful restored homes, new builds, and classic bungalows like this one. Main Street Louisville is just 4 blocks away where you can find new and modern restaurants, boutiques, museums, Louisville Center for the Arts offering Live Music and one of my favorite coffee shops called Bittersweet. Just a block away is access to hiking trails (through the elementary school grounds) that meander throughout the entire city of Louisville with expansive open spaces offering killer views of the Rocky Mountains in a country setting. Public transportation is easily accessible just out the front door. Bus routes to Boulder, Denver, the shopping mall come every 30 minutes. This is a walking city so if you plan to stay in and around Louisville you can walk to almost everything.
