Plenty of space with comfortable amenities. About 2600 sq. ft. You can also rent our new fully finished Pine wood finished shed with HVAC and Lighting. The shed can be used as your private additional working space with plenty of desk room, daytime light and so much more at an daily fee. A great hangout space!!
I am a Real Estate Agent living in Great Falls Virginia. I love decorating and staging homes. I enjoy painting sketching, and gardening in my spare time. I travel about 3 months a year meeting new people from around the world and within the USA. I also enjoy working on artistic projects, walking in my neighborhood and spending time with family and friends. I love staying home in the evenings watching movies in our private at home movie theater. When you arrive to check in, please feel free to park your car on the far left side of the long driveway or in front of the property. Our home is located on a cul-de-sac with widely available parking and very little traffic. You will have complete privacy or if you like to have interaction with me and Charlie, ring the front doorbell, or call me. I can give you detail information of the surrounding area or Great Falls wonderful neighborhood if needed. I work mostly during the day from home so please feel free to send me a text message or call anytime.
Wonderful neighborhood, with all of natures treasurers. walking and running tails, close to major Airports and Shopping Centers, fantastic neighborhood with great restaurants, movie theaters, religious institutions, specialty shops, banks and so much more! Great Falls Park with beautiful water falls. Lots of trees, flowers and wildlife. You may see deer's, foxes, groundhogs and more. Close proximity to McLean, Reston, Vienna, Herndon, Sterling, and Dulles International Airport!! Local bus and metro to Washington DC and Tysons Corner Shopping Center. Great Falls neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and shops. close to CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, Safeway Shopping Center, Nail and ;Hair Salons, Pet Salons, Cleaners, different denominational Churches, and enjoy our Saturday morning Farmers Market and much more! Close to Tysons Corner Shopping Center, Dulles Airport, Several Shopping Centers, Movies, Restaurants and 5 to 8 Minutes To The Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station (Downtown Washington D.C.) Metro Is Adjacent to Bus Routes
