Separate entrance, independent space Nearby: Mitchell Hamline School US Bank Stadium Excel Energy Center MN State Fair UMN Green Line Train (Access to DT Mpls & St Paul) *Please Note: Unfinished Bathroom Ceiling (In Photos)* 2 people max capacity. Check In starts at 3PM, Check out at 11am. The basement apartment has a separate entrance locked off from the rest of the house. I live upstairs. I won't be in your space. I am quiet and respect your privacy. *No Parties *No Pets *No Smoking
My name is Matthew. I have lived in Minneapolis/Saint Paul since 2001. I love the city! Spending time with my family is one of my favorite things to do. I have a niece and nephew whom I adore. I also love traveling and try to take 4 weeks per year to go somewhere exotic. I love mountain biking! When I'm hosting , I really want to make sure you have a great experience. Usually I am available to help on short notice, and love to give tips on things to do in the local area. I will be available by phone is anything is needed.
Central Location with very easy access to both Downtown Minneapolis and St Paul. The Green Line is only a few blocks away. This will get you to practically anywhere in the city!
