Property info

Located in Sheraton at the foot of the Steamboat Ski Area is the Steamboat Resort Villas. This is Steamboat’s premier ski-in/ski-out location with immediate access to Steamboat’s Gondola and the Christie Peak Express Lift. The Resort Villas have been a cornerstone of the revitalization that has taken place over the past few years at the base area and is a centerpiece along Steamboat’s Promenade that stretches from Torian Plum Plaza to One Steamboat Place. This features a year-round pedestrian walkway with snowmelt pavers in the winter and access to waterfalls and a sandy beach area along Burgess Creek during the summer months. Right next door is also Steamboat’s new permanent outdoor stage that is part of the revamped Gondola Square Plaza and will play host to public performances as well as the Bud Light Rocks the Boat Free Concert Series. The hotel building itself was recently converted from hotel units to timeshares, but still located on the sixth and seventh floors of this building is a small collection of condominiums that are individually owned.
