Stratosphere tower is one amazing place that gives you impression about Las Vegas.Free admission to tower if you stay at hotel is awesome.Casino is great as well.Buffet is delicious and fresh.Rooms are very clean and comfortable,amazing views.

No Bacarrat gaming table. Table rating and Comps. Weekend (Fri & Sat) hotel fee NOT budget-friendly.

None of the above apply, the only thing we liked was leaving there.

Food non-descript and tasteless, rooms decrepit, no safe, no tea coffee facility, requested non smoking room, room stunk of smoke no offer to move us, a member of staff came up and sprayed the room. It just added to the odours already present. Problems with getting clothes cleaned, all our clothes smelt of cigarette smoke, staff attitude defensive, place seems to have gone down hill since we were last there, chances of returning nil. We booked out early.

The tub and sink would not drain. No exHaust fan in bathroom. Not enough cover on the bed. The heat would not come on. No microwave or refrigerator.

sink is outside the bathroom, room was very close to elevator, so we could hear its moving, in room are doors between other room and i could hear someone else snoring in other room at night.

Smoke on the casino floor

Our room was clean, comfortable and we had nice view from the window thanks to the 20th floor. The view from the tower is cool. Not so closee to the strip, but you can take a cab (about 12 $) or walk (about 30 minutes). The price is nice! Everything was fine)

Poor choice of cafes/restaurants, but that's not a big problem.

In the end, I did receive the room I saw on line. Floor staff was very helpful when asked, they never made me feel like it was an imposition to accomodate my questions. That is always very important to me.

I was given a dirty room, the little sofa in the room looked like someone brought it in from the alley. When I spoke to the front desk about it and asked for mgmt., The manager would not come out and speak to me. I was a guest and the time could not be taken to speak with me about my complaint. I do not feel this is good customer service and will not stay in this establishment ever again. No, absolutely not, I would never recommend this hotle to another customer.

my niece who is 15 wanted stay at your place for the rides. We were going there for the reason of my birthday and her friends were going to be in Vegas for sports ( they are from L.A.).
