Make some memories in this stunning, beautiful and artistic home.. The first floor offers a huge open concept living space with an amazing kitchen and full bathroom. The 2nd &3rd floor offers 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms each. 3rd level gives you view of Quincy. What I love about this house is an extensive lighting. This sweet home is luxury itself and believe me you can’t wait to make memories here! 1- the house is monitored by a security cameras mounted both in front and back of the house. 2- NO PARTY/ EVENTS/ LARGE GATHERING of any form to be hosted in the house. 3- the driveway can only house 2 cars. Any extra car should be parked on the street This home is monitored by a security cameras mounted in both front and back house
The neighborhood is family friendly and very quiet with a peaceful and serene atmosphere. There’s Quincy Adam train station 13-15 minutes walk from the house. There’s a bus stop 2 mins walk from the house. Plenty of shopping malls and grocery stores within 3-5 miles radius. The house is 5 mins drive to Quincy center where you can find a lot of nice restaurants such as Fat Cat, Assembly, Spettus steak restaurant etc. Let us know if you need help with anything!
