This newly updated condo is ideally located in a wooded setting close to the Back 40 Trail and Blowing Springs Park. Offering the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring all the area has to offer. The unique layout of this condo makes it the perfect space to entertain any group. The lower level is home to a lovely living area with a sectional and smart TV. You’ll also find a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seating, and plenty of space to cook together. Step outside onto the balcony and relax in the deluxe hot tub overlooking the hills of Bella Vista. Dine alfresco at the patio dining area or gather around with the Adirondack chairs surrounding the firepit. The garage is like no other. It offers a place to store bikes but also boasts a Ping-Pong table and state-of-the-art gym equipment. With so many activities there is something for everyone. Things to Know The fireplace is not operational. Please note the fourth bedroom is not in the main house. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC.
