Roami's Commitment to Cleanliness: We want our guests to have a safe, comfortable stay. All our housekeepers are full-time employees, not third-party contractors, allowing us to keep high standards and accountability. Guests are asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm the contact information, and pass through our verification portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only, it is not stored or used for any other purposes. ID and Credit Card requirements upon check in: Valid identification and credit card used for the reservation are required at check-in. These must be presented at the Front Desk. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) Your room door code will only be activated once you have presented your credit card and identification at check-in.
