Property info

After travelling around the world and staying in other Guest houses and Airbnbs , I hope I have created a space that resembles my experience plus a little Brooklyn charm or my charm. We are less 2 blocks away from the nearest subway station 2/5 on Beverly Station Road with a quick commute into Manhattan - Financial District (25 minutes). You can transfer at the Atlantic stop for the N,Q,R,B,D, and Metro North trains. +there are buses to Manhattan and other places. Guest access: - As a guest you have access to your room and the common living space and kitchen. This is an open kitchen/ living room style; and of course you will have access to a shared bathroom. Internet/ Wifi is provided for your convenience. Interaction with guests:- We look forward to offering any help you might need but largely we leave it up to you to enjoy the city on your own. Other things to note: - we ask that you clean after yourself in every aspect of the word for the sake of cleaness and other guests. No smoking in the house. To maintain our cleanliness standards we ask no shoes while inside the house.
