Enjoy our BRAND NEW Tiny House! Just under 400 sqft and nestled in a peaceful bamboo forest. This home has everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Dining table. Sleeper sofa- perfect for relaxing and watching movies on our 42” Roku T.V. Built in desk and high speed wifi. Queen sized bed. Bathroom with tub and shower. Huge back deck- perfect for relaxing with a book. Washing machine/Dryer combo. Fenced in backyard- perfect for pets. Bedroom: -Queen sized bed -Big closet -Built in desk Living room: -Queen sized sleeper sofa -42" SmartTV with Roku apps (Disney +, Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max, etc.) Bathroom: -Tub/shower Kitchen: -High top table that seats four -Stocked for cooking -Glass stove top -Microwave -Coffee pot/Keurig -Spice Rack -Refrigerator -Washing machine/dryer combo Bathroom: -Full Tub/Shower Shares driveway of Main house, which is a separate rental property. The fenced in backyard is separate from the backyard of the main house. *YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 days. They have 3 Durham locations.
