This house is located only minutes to the newly revitalized downtown Kannapolis. In less than 5 minutes you can get to Atrium Health Ball Park, the renovated 85 year old Gem Theatre which is on the National Registry of Historic Buildings, coffee shops, The Chop House Restaurant, NC Music Hall of Fame, Veteran's Park, and more. Tranquility Place is a stand alone house with full privacy, locks from the guest's side, and is stocked with usual items needed for short term stays.
I am a very happy retiree who enjoys golf, pickelball, archery, fishing, gardening, carpentry, music, and mostly my grandchildren!
This home is on an older, quiet street in Kannapolis, NC. You may park 1 or 2 cars in the driveway.
