I stayed 3 nights in Hanoi but it's not enough especially if you will go for a Ha Long Bay Day cruise. More reasons to come back. We tried Bún Chả at the Bún Chả Đắc Kim. While it was delicious, they should reduce the quantity of the serving as there is so much wastage. Even the Europeans couldn't finish the servings. We joined 2 tours - city & food on motorbikes and we loved the experience especially since the weather in Hanoi is milder than in HCMC. Next time around it would be best to visit during the colder months and do a side trip to Sapa.

We had a City view which overlooked another property, so we kept the curtains shut, but it didn't spoil our enjoyment.

Our room was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The people are very friendly and always ready to answer any of your questions, to book a tour for you or to have some nice casual chat. Every morning, you will get a rich breakfast buffet of both Vietnamese and Western food. We will come back if we ever will be back in Hanoi!

Ms Kim is so friendly and she helped organise our trips for us to Nimh Binh and Halong Bay and bother we’re just perfect. We would highly recommend using this hotel for your visit to Hanoi and having Ms Kim help you plan your trip. She is the best!
