First of all Min and Helen were amazing, very hospitable and informative. The interior was unique, tha patio outside was so nice especially in the morning. It is a place away from the noise but still just meters away from the center. Amazing place ☺️

Wonderful place to stay! The room was comfy and spacious. We were greeted by Helen who was truly phenomenal. She was so helpful and got us situated quickly. We also Met Min on the second day and she was very sweet and helped us with everything we needed. Location was fantastic!

This hotel is absolutely lovely. The decor is warm, serene, and stunning. It's close to everything, especially the river. The breakfast is delicious. However, what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone from housekeeping, to the cooks, to all of the receptionists make you feel taken care of. Helen, the receptionist goes above and beyond to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need and more. Her customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Min is another wonderful receptionist who made my stay amazing. I loved my stay at Hoianese Heritage Hotel and hope to return soon. If quaint riverside hotels, with lovely decor and great customer service is your thing, book this hotel!

Hotel is in old hoi an, but far away enough from the bustle to be quiet, yet max 15 minute walking to anywhere. The staff (esp Helen at reception) is amazing, she immediately told us all the town had to offer and arranged the tickets bookings for us. Oh and the beds..., they were phenomenal.

Good location, great decor, but most importantly super helpful and friendly staff! They will explain everything you need to know about the town, show you how to make Vietnamese coffee, arrange the laundry, etc.

Amazing location, so close to the ancient town! Could not be better situated to explore some of the best spots in Hoi An. Stayed a total of 3 nights and the staff was absolutely incredible to us. Sunny, Min, and Helen went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Sunny never failed to put a smile on our face every time we talked to her, and was always available to answer our questions and offer her help with making our stay as great as it could be. This was one of the greatest experiences we’ve ever had and I can’t recommend Hoianese heritage enough to anyone visiting Hoi An. Do not miss out on this one of a kind staff, they are truly remarkable!

I have to say that Hoianese is the best hotel servicing I have ever had in my past several years of travel! An and Helen were extremely helpful and friendly all the time! I’m impressed by how An patiently introduced Hoi An and the hotel activity to me as well as to other guests! An and Helen, they are also trying to remember my name which is a very sweet gesture! Great stay. Great value. Reception - Welcoming and friendly reception staff especially Helen and Ning who is always with a smile and ready to assist. Facilities - Room and bed is small but comfy and clean. (Though the bed might be a tad small if you are Caucasian). Coffee, tea and drinking water provided in room and at reception area. No TV in room. Location - Walking Distance to Old town with lots to see and eat along the way. Note: Since the hotel is a heritage building, there is no lif. Guests will have to climb the stairs with their luggage to get to their rooms.
