This property sits on the rocks of crystal clear waters of Varosha - a magnet to Hollywood stars in the 1960s! You can chill in the private patio overlooking to the lagoon or enjoy the beautiful sunset. This flat offers a unique (and honest) opportunity to live like a local with exceptional closeness to the sea; while being part of a relatively old residential apartment complex.
