33 Strawberry Lane offers a comfortable studio and a cottage, set in the heart of Belle Constantia. There is a private garden, and the Constantia Green Belt is nearby for guests to walk or ride bicycles through. Wine farms are all within minutes of the property. Both units at 33 Strawberry Lane feature a kitchen/kitchenette equipped with a Nespresso machine with a range of coffee types. Other appliances include a microwave, mini fridge, toaster and a kettle. The bright studio has high ceilings, white wooden floorboards and wooden shutters. It comprises 2 armchairs, headboard and lampshades are in neutral linen, and the queen size bed is dressed in White Company bed linen. There is a TV with a full DSTV package. The bathroom comes with shower, heated towel rails and toilet, while the Rooibos Toiletries are locally made by Ecoco Ecoco. The studio has a small courtyard where you can lounge on long cushions and sit at a small bistro table. Cape Town City Centre is a 20-minute drive from the property and sandy beaches can be reached in a 30–40 minutes ride. Cape Town International Airport is 16 km away.

The Studio and Cottage are in the green Constantia valley,on the green belt. They offer privacy, and a garden to stroll in. The best quality linen and fittings have been used in the creation of the Studio. Calm colours and white shutters complete the picture.The Cottage on the same property is bordering the green belt and is set in the lower garden. The cottage has 2 bedrooms en suite upstairs with a balcony. There is an open plan area downstairs where kitchen, dining room and lounge are situated. It is very light and bright with a great patio to entertain and relax on. The Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and this includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. A lovely view of the garden and a peek of the distant mountains from the top balcony is a very pleasing site to wake up to. Once again the best quality linens and towels are provided. The Studio while great for holiday makers is also very convenient for Business travellers.
I have had a passion for food all my life and have catered , owned a bistro and given cookery classes , however now i want to share my beautiful property with those who appreciate good quality and peaceful surrounds.
The surrounding area has many world famous wine farms and restaurants. The green belt is accessed from our garden and you can walk or ride our bicycles for short or long distances. There are wonderful restaurants and coffee shops close by, and a great shopping area. There is also a top class hospital in the vicinity should you need it. Great for Holiday makers and very convenient for Business travellers.
