First of all, the hosts were very friendly and helpful! Helped me a lot on planning activities around the area. The breakfast and dinner (barbecue) were tasty and full of options. The rooms were big and clean. The property had a cozy atmosphere.

The location is fabulous, and the staff absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was great as was the dinner - I don't know how Juliette does it, but her spinach is amazing, and the selection of braai meats varied from evening to evening. The bathroom was extremely spacious and the room itself had a very comfortable bed. There was a refrigerator, stand-alone fan, and an in-wall air conditioner. From our porch we saw impalas, wildebeasts, monkeys, and there was a giraffe that seemed to frequently enjoy a particular tree outside the driveway. The pool is heated Zander, the owner, arranged all our local tranfers (from airport, to/from town) and booked all our safaris/tours (Pridelands sunrise, Rietspruit sunset, Kruger full-day safaris + a Mpumalanga panorama tour). None of them disappointed at all, we saw all the big 5 within our first day, and it was everything we desired plus more!

1. The attention to the details everywhere, from the rooms decoration to the cleaning times timing. 2. Sander and Juliet are the bests hosts ever, always ready to support and make the guests experience unforgettable. 3. Everything was super clean and tidy. 4. The property has its own animals and you can go for a walk while you see everywhere friendly wild animals like giraffes, warthogs, impalas, etc… 5. The bbq dinner was delicious.

This is a great little resort just outside of Hoedspruit, SA. They have a very nice breakfast and for an extra charge you can get dinner. The dinner is an outside Braai and the food was delicious! The owner is very friendly and very willing to help with anything you need. He will pick you up at the airport for a small fee.(well worth it) They have trips you can take from the resort for a fee. It is a great place to stay a day or two before going on safari. It allows you a chance to decompress and try to get over jetlag. Animals will wander around the property and that is great fun! The room was nice and the bed comfy.

The small, coziness of the place - not too many guests. The property owners were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and well stocked - bathrobe, nice towels, nice chairs, nice shower stall. We loved that we could walk through the wooded area just near the lodge. Last but not least the food was phenomenal !!!
