House is well furnished to accommodate self-catering with modern furniture consisting of SMEG appliances. High fence with electronic gate and property is monitored by Blue Security. Almost 5-10 minutes from Pavallion mall for shopping and Grenville race court where Durban July extravaganza event is held. It’s the same distance to ICC venue for conferences and beaches for cooling off.
I’m adventurous and a traveller so I know the need for a reasonable place for access since hotels are quite pricey and too restrictive. My wife is an Educator and can relate professionally with guests as she works with community members and parents as well as kids.
Plenty garages and police station is nearby. Food outlets are plenty such Debonairs;McDonald; Nandos; Chicken Licken; KFC etc.
