NEVER EFFECTED BY ANY LOAD SHEDDING !! Gaze over rooftops to a postcard-perfect Table Mountain view from the private balcony, or mezzanine-level bedroom thanks to double-height ceilings and a wall of windows. There’s a shared pool to cool down on hot summer days, 24hr security, free secure parking, plus free fibre fast Wifi. Full kitchen to cook up a storm, and full bathroom with bath and separate shower. Luxurious top of the range Serta pocket spring king size, extra length bed....because a good nights sleep is the most important! Plus i have a comprehensive guide book that i have compiled myself over the 13 years that i have been here. My guests love this, its (apparently) better than the Lonely Planet....so you don't need to have done a stack of research before you get here!!!
The location is unbeatable! Situated in a trendy area bordering De Waterkant Village, the Bo Kaap and the city centre, the apartment is 'tranquil in the city' and yet so convenient to everything. Just a 15-minute walk from the V&A Waterfront, and only 5 mins from Bree, Loop and Long Street with the finest bars, restaurants, galleries and design shops. MyCiTi bus stops are less than 5 mins walk away. No need for a car, great bars, restaurants, shops, and all the cool things that Cape Town has to offer are within a stones throw. Plus, now there is a Pick n Pay supermarket, very fancy booze shop and gym across the road.
