The studio is in our house with a separate entrance. The room has a double bed a table and two chairs. There is a kitchenette for some basic cooking with a mini stove and a microwave. We have added an office chair for the guest who have to do home office. We have solar and batteries on the property that keep the lights & internet on during load shedding.
We moved to Cape Town end 1987! My wife Andrea is a tourist guide and loves sharing tips. We have two wonderful kids living in Switzerland. I love the outdoors, jogging, hiking up Lions Head and enjoy time with the family. I sell and rent out properties and love networking. Looking forward to meeting you! We are easily accessible should you require assistance & tips during your stay. We live above in the main house.
It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Walking down the hill to trendy Kloof Street with restaurants and shops and take an Uber or Taxi back home. There is a MyCiti bus stop on corner Kloof Nek Rd & St Michaels Rd. Uber or Taxis are available usually within 3 to 5 minutes.
