Whilst very different in size and style, the fully furnished and equipped luxury apartments can each sleep up to 4 guests with a flexible configuration. With a common entrance lobby, they can also be combined to accommodate parties of up to 8 guests. The apartments have panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Robben Island, the Cape Town Stadium and Green Point Common. With full sun throughout the day at the front and a partly shaded balcony/courtyard facing Signal Hill – a National Park, both apartments have facilities for eating either in the dining area or ‘al fresco.’ Whilst we welcome young children and pets in the main apartment potential bookers for the loft apartment should be aware of the open staircase when making their decision. Our housekeeper lives in her own separate room off the courtyard at the back of the property. She does need to pass through the main apartment on her way in and out. The loft apartment is not affected.

Centrally located in Green Point Village on the North facing slope of Signal Hill and close to the centre of Cape Town, Braeside House is ideally located for leisure or business. The location is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of Cape Town and its surrounds. The area is well served with numerous good restaurants, bars and food outlets. Within 2 minutes walk is Clyde Grocers convenience store and Gran’s Coffee Shoppe – which serves a good breakfast. To the East of Moulie Point, a 20 minute walk from Braeside House, is The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront – with extensive shopping, restaurants and the ferry to Robben Island. To the West of Moulie Point is the adjoining seafront suburb of Sea Point with several supermarkets, more restaurants and a municiple open air swimming pool. Beyond Sea Point are the famous and popular beaches at Clifton and Camps Bay, a 15 minute drive. To the South of Braeside House is Signal Hill – and behind that, Lions Head (for tandem paragliding) and Table Mountain. All three are National Parks. Driving to the Cable Car to take you up Table Mountain takes 10 minutes.
