Property info

Welcome to the Brooklyn Boutique Guesthouse. Our guesthouse is located in a lower to middle income area and is generally very safe. This guesthouse is ideal for someone on a tight budget looking for a simple but comfortable place to stay. Currently there is no breakfast served at the guesthouse however our on site manager is happy to prepare a dish for you should you request something simple such as toast and eggs. The location is not for someone looking to enjoy a view but is quaint and comfortable. the rooms will always be cosy and warm and you can expect the staff to go out of their way to assist you in any way possible. Due to COVID-19, masks and identification must be provided at reception. We will provide hand sanitizer at the reception for your convenience.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood as mentioned above is a low to middle income neighborhood which is still in need of a lot of development. We are one of the first guesthouse developments int he area and we are proud of our affordability.
