Located just north of Cape Town, the ground floor apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and is appointed with everything you need for a holiday getaway. The main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and has direct access to a private garden patio. The second room is appointed with a comfortable queen size bed and the third bedroom has two cozy single beds. The living area flows onto a covered outdoor garden patio with a six seater table and coal fired braai (BBQ) area. Excellent for entertaining after a long day at the beach. The large extended outdoor deck with water access provides a place to warm up in the sun or wash off saltiness from a day at sea. Enjoy complimentary uncapped WiFi, Apple TV (or personal streaming), private washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen to show off those culinary skills. The apartment is situated in a sought after Village which hosts a number of restaurants, grocery stores and boutique shops. The village is in a peaceful, walkable area with manned 24 hour security providing extra comfort for first time guests in South Africa. Guest will check in and register prior to entry. ABOUT THE BIG BAY AREA (Walkable): The apartment is proximate to Eden on the Bay (approx. 5 minute walk). Here you'll find additional restaurants and shops on the Big Bay beachfront. ABOUT THE GENERAL VICINITY: Beyond Big Bay lies Bouberg (to the South), the village of Melkbos Strand (to the North), and the wineries of Durbanville (15 km to the West). Some well known wineries located here are: Durbanville Hills, Klein Rooseboom Winery, Ntida Wine Estate, Bloemendal Wine Estate, Meerendal Wine Estate, D'Aria Winery, Groot Phesantekraal, and Diemersdal Wine Estate. World class golf can be found at the Atlantic Beach resort in Melkbos. ABOUT CAPE TOWN: The mother city is connected to Big Bay by a beautiful 23 kilometer (30 minutes without traffic) drive along the ocean.
