This apartment is ideal for a quiet and peaceful family holiday and is not a party unit. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. This room has sliding doors opening to the balcony. The second contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom contains a bath, a toilet and a wash basin. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains seating, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV with a DStv connection, should you wish to bring your own decoder and smart card. The lounge opens to a covered enclosable balcony with outdoor furniture, braai facilities, and sea views By Entering the Premises, you agree to the Body Corporate Rules and Regulations. The following is Prohibited at Mont Blanc No Load Music at all at any time. No load screaming, talking, and singing. Drunk and Disorderly Behaviour. Alcohol outside the Units. Making Open Fires on the Balcony or Common Property. If the above rules are not adhered to, a fine of R2000 will be issued and you may be requested to leave the Premises.
