"Sandringham" is a self catering spacious studio apartment situated on the beachfront and in one of the best positions of Mouille Point, only about 1.5km from V & A Waterfront. Step out of the building and stroll along the promenade watching stunning sunsets and the sea. The apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchenette and offers unlimited wifi for own Netflix. Enjoy stunning views of Signal Hill with Table Mountain in the background. Sandringham is ideally situated to explore the sights of Cape Town and offer a more comfortable alternative to a stay in a hotel. No car needed, WALK or UBER everywhere. Ideal for the single travellers or a couple. The closest restaurants are within walking distance about 300 m away.
I am originally from Germany but have been living in Cape Town for most of my life with 20 years experience in letting self catering holiday accommodation to guests. I speak English and German and will try to assist you as best as possible in Afrikaans.
One can take endless strolls along the promenade, play putt-putt (mini golf) up the road or just go for drinks or dinner in one of the fashionable restaurants or coffee shops just a few hundred meters away. Beautiful Green Point Park is just up the road with fantastic lawns and views to enjoy spectacular views of Signal Hill. And of course the closest golf course is just across the road. And every Saturday and Sunday you can take a stroll down to the Oranjezicht Farmers Market in Granger Bay. Really endless entertainment and one of the best areas to stay in Cape Town !
