Kick back and relax in this set catering calm, stylish apartment. Enjoy the sea views over Umdloti to unwind. 24/7 security, uncapped wifi, Netflix, squash court and swimming pool area with braai facility. UPS for WiFi during load-shedding provided! General house rules: • No loud noise after 9pm • No loud noise or disorderly conduct • Please be aware of monkeys • black bags remain in unit or otherwise in green bins at complex • No more than 2 occupants • Cleaning fee is exit clean fee only - additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional fee. • Please don’t lock house keys inside apartment. • Once entry amenities have finished, please restock yourself • Check out is 9am Fines will be implemented if any house rules are broken! Please note: Durban is experiencing loadshedding, please download the “EskomSePush” app to keep updated on the schedule as it can change hourly. For any power outages/faults this property doesn’t have a generator but do provide battery lighting, please ensure they are plugged in and charging so you are not left in the dark. Please do let us know of any power outages so we can report to the necessary department.

Umdloti Beach is a fun vibey little village nestled in between Umhlanga and Ballito. Heaps of beautiful coastal restaurants along North and South Beach Road, as well as the new development at Salta with Spar, Woolworths, Dischem, Kauai, Waxy’s pub, bottle store and more. - Uber - Kwikspar has a tuktuk, they will fetch and drop you before after shopping.
